•Please ensure everything you want us to clean is put up and out of the way,like clothes,toys,paperwork,and other personal belongings,so we can ensure the most efficient service when we visit your home or business.For liability reasons,you are responsible moving/removing your knick knacks prior to our arrival,otherwise we will do our best to clean around them.
Be Prepared
•Please make certain your property servicing location is ready to be serviced prior to our arrival.This includes all utilities being turned on.We reserve the right to cancel service for any area/room that is unsafe or unserviceable at any time.We do not make repeat service visits for locations that are deemed non-serviceable or not ready to be serviced.
Appliances
•If you are having the inside of your appliances serviced,especially your refrigerator,please remove all items so we can do our job efficiently and not contaminate anything for your safety,otherwise this service may be canceled at our sole discretion.
Trash Cans
•If relining your trash can(s) is a part of your service,please place the new bags out in a designated area so we can switch them out during our scheduled visit.Otherwise this service will not be performed.
Customer Service
•We are constantly strivingfor 100 %Customer Satisfaction.We won’t lie. We aren't perfect;it’s only natural as human beings to mess up once in while.This is why we have a system in place where if you call us within 24hours to notify us of anything that was missed,we will correct it free of charge.
Pets
•Please keep all animals with you,or in a secure location so that we can provide you with the best possible service at all times during our scheduled visit.Chemicals and Pets don't mix to well.
